Turkey Tail for Immunity


Mushrooms are much more than a food source that is rich in Calcium and Vitamin D; many varieties offer medicinal benefits as well.


Turkey Tail (Trametes versicolor) can be found growing on logs and tree trunks of deciduous and conifer trees. It likes a shady area that gets plenty of moisture.


It has long been symbolized as a source of longevity, good health, spiritual attunement and infinity due to its ability to support and strengthen the immune system.





In addition to immune support, Turkey Tail has been shown to:
