Reiki is not bound by time or space. That is why Reiki is just as effective from a distance as it is in person. Distance Reiki involves the transfer of Reiki energy to balance the mind, body and spirit of the recipient. Most distance Reiki sessions are about an hour long and can be provided to anyone, anywhere on Earth. One advantage of distance Reiki is that the recipient is able to receive Reiki in the comfort of their own home or wherever they may be.
